About 3PI Services
3rd Party and Direct Services
We are field inspectors for hire, "not to be confused with a home inspection company" instead our company represents specific clients i.e. Mortgage lenders and Banks to help them understand their investment.
Our field inspectors perform different tasks than home-inspectors, basically our role is to provide a visual assessment on a property and report back via a software that's designed for this type of inspection, We also provide updates on basic upkeep on a property i.e. repairs, trip hazards and many other visual defects and potential valuations.
Our draw site inspections report on the status of work being done on a property. Draw inspections help the lender determine if and wend they should schedule payments.
(Home inspectors are licensed) they do a more invasive inspection and provide a more thorough examination on a home i.e. all the home's systems and the structure for defects and problems that aren't up to code. Home inspectors report to home owners, home sellers and home buyers and offer a more lengthy report.
We report on many types of properties, if you need to know we can report back to you.

Our site inspection is geared to assist our clients in understanding the accuracy of the draw request by reporting and verifying on the job timeline of completion, in addition this report can provide a level of conformation that materials are on site while assuring that the construction work is progressing in accordance with contractual obligations.
When our inspectors are on site they check and report on:
General description of the project
We help to identify the current status, overall percentage and completion

Assuring the completeness of all finish work
Verification of stored materials
Verification of permits, zoning, licenses etc.
Occupancy Verification's
Occupancy inspections are important components when determining whether a property is vacant, occupied, abandoned or if the property may need repairs. Photos with a description of the property can be provided to determine the property condition. Our inspectors will attempt to gain assess and verify their contact information.
We offer many types of occupancy inspections for example:
Occupied or vacancy verification's
Abandonment check and assessments
No contact/Drive-by
Determine if the subject is occupied by the mortgagee or tenants
Gathering contact information
Property condition assessment
In many cases, commercial and residential property inspections can require what's known as a Condition Assessments report that can be useful when seeking an understanding of a property's condition, this reporting can help to determine much-needed repairs and or possible upgrades. This reporting can be used as a tool when making important decisions.
Our Condition reports entails:
an on-site review of the structure
the property's current physical condition
Identifying any defects to the material characteristics that could influence its marketability.
